Adam Nikolovski - Owner | Director
With over 14 years experience in the Insurance Industry, Adam provides professional and personalised advice for all your insurance needs. Adam is highly qualified, with a Bachelor of Commerce, Diploma in Financial Services and is a Senior ANZIF Member.

His education and industry knowledge enables him to thoroughly assess financial and/or personal risks so that he can offer suitable products to effectively mitigate any exposures.
Adam is passionate about helping his clients and offers an informative and friendly service. In the unfortunate event of loss, Adam manages all claims in-house and ensures a fair compensation is issued.

Louise McDonald - Broking Executive
Louise has over 6 years experience in the insurance industry and holds a Diploma of Insurance Broking.
She thoroughly enjoys helping clients with insurance for commercial property, trades, motor and in particular farming, having grown up
on a Dairy Farm in Colac, Victoria.
Louise is passionate about supporting local businesses by ensuring they have appropriate and adequate insurance cover in place and is an active member of the BNI Bellarine Chapter.
Louise prides herself in providing a friendly, approachable and informative service and directly manages all claims to ensure a fair outcome.
Lauren Nikolovski - Finance Broker
Lauren holds a Bachelor of Commerce, is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) and accredited Finance Broker. She has a wealth of knowledge in the financial services industry having over 15 years experience in accounting and commercial finance.
Lauren manages the finance side of the business; which assists clients with consumer and commercial lending needs.
As well as obtaining loans for clients, Lauren is also a Managing Partner of P&L Business Partners, which partners with small businesses who needs commercial finance support.
Lauren thoroughly enjoys helping clients achieve their financial goals.
